What’s Included in Your 6-Week Journey?

1. Personalised Assessment

I’ll evaluate your current fitness level, take a comprehensive medical history—including details of all previous injuries, not just the latest one—identify areas of weakness, and create a tailored plan. For many clients, six weeks is enough to build confidence and make noticeable progress independently. However, depending on your injury and goals, longer packages are available. If more than six sessions are recommended, this will be discussed during your assessment to ensure the best outcome for your recovery and progress.

2. One-to-One Guided Sessions

You’ll benefit from six weekly sessions with expert support, focusing on proper form, gradual progression, and overcoming any mental barriers.

3. Safe Exercise Reintroduction

Relearn and rebuild confidence in foundational exercises like deadlifts, squats, and cardio routines, all designed to suit your individual recovery needs.

4. Technique Optimisation

Learn how to perform exercises correctly to prevent re-injury, enhance performance, and achieve long-term results.

For example, if you’re working towards running again, we can use targeted exercises that strengthen your legs without heavy lifting. Every exercise will be carefully chosen to suit your needs, helping you progress safely and confidently.

The 6-week programme costs £350. Payment plans are available to make it as accessible as possible. This includes a comprehensive assessment, six one-to-one sessions, ongoing support, and expert advice tailored to your recovery and goals.

Comfortable clothing, supportive footwear, and a water bottle are essential. If you have any relevant medical documents (e.g., reports from your physiotherapist or surgeon), feel free to bring those along to your initial session as well.
