How I can help you?

As a registered member of BASRaT, the governing body for Sports Rehabilitators and having worked with the MoD for over 10 years, I have seen a vast range of injuries and helped guide service personnel through their rehab journey back to full fitness.

I can offer a wide range of treatments for sport injuries as well as a broad range of other conditions and rehabilitation.

Aquatic Rehab

This is the ideal treatment modality if you are struggling with performing some exercises on land. The warmth of the water allows the muscles to relax and eases pain, while the buoyancy helps reduce the effort required to move joints through their range of movement.

Manual Therapy

A variety of treatment methods used to treat musculoskeletal pain. It mostly includes manipulation of joints & muscles and joint mobilisations.

Sports/Remedial Massage

A form of manual therapy, the aim is to release tension within the muscles and treat pain.

Therapeutic Exercise Rehabilitation

A variety of exercises for you to work through between appointments. These can be in the form of stretches/mobility and strengthening.

Biomechanical Movement Analysis

We look at your movement patterns and this can give some idea of the cause of symptoms if there was no specific trauma.

Rach, Just a note to thank you for all your help with rehabilitation when I had my hip replaced in 2019. I have now had my left knee replaced and fully appreciate the time and effort that you took with me. Since you relocated away from the Cotswolds I have not been able find anyone that comes near to offering the level of professionalism that you do. I am seriously considering making the 140 mile round trip to see you at your new practice. Many thanks.

Rachel is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. I am an elite ultra runner and get a massage every fortnight. She can intuitively find any trigger point, muscularknot or sticky fascia spot and then get rid of it. Good massage therapists are hard to find so don't miss out on this specialist!
